A Ceramic Studio in Tel Aviv — and the Artists Behind It

    Working atelier in the heart of Florentin, Tel Aviv — owned and run by the artists who create here.

    This is not a gallery. Not a classroom. It's an Atelier — where a small group of professional artists, ceramicists, and sculptors come to work: throwing, hand-building, welding, casting porcelain, glazing and firing whatever's currently taking over our heads (and the shelves). The kiln runs daily, works-in-progress crowd every surface, and every so often, we open our doors for an Open Studio Evening and let a few curious strangers in — not just to watch, but to sit down and create right alongside us.

    And if one evening isn't enough, some of us also teach — painting, sculpture, ceramics, and a few other ways to make a mess on purpose.

    Beyond the evenings, this is where we work on our own creative ideas and individual commissions (custom-made pieces for clients). These artworks are constantly moving between here and exhibition spaces — so you're seeing the same work you'd find in a polished gallery, just here in the studio where it was actually made. And yes, if something catches your eye and it hasn't sold yet, it's usually cheaper here than it would be while exhibited elsewhere.

    You're welcome to just walk in — though, we don't really keep hours, and we come and go as the work — and inspiration — demands. That said, someone's almost always around between 11am and 7pm, any day of the week, weekends included. Drop by, and don't be surprised if you find students quietly hunched over their own pieces at the tables — that's just an ordinary day here.
